DECANTER CENTRIFUGE
CENTRIFUGE SEPARATOR – SEMI AUTOMATIC
Unlike conventional systems for removal of sludge, better cleaning results are obtained using centrifuge separators. Centrifuge separators do not have a filter media and hence do not have choking problems or recurring filter media costs. The semi automatic separator is of a continuous feed, on-line separator, having very high solid-liquid separation efficiency up to 5 microns.
The semi‐automatic centrifuge separator basically consists of housing with a rotor. The special rotor arrangement spins at a very high speed, thus developing the necessary G-force to separate the most difficult of sludge from the water. During operation, the sludge with water (or oil+fines) is introduced in the separator from the top. The sludge suspension is accelerated on rotor speed and guided towards the outer diameter via an impeller hub. The solid particles are pressed against the inner side of the sludge insert. Due to the high rotation speed the separated clean water develops approx. 0.5 bars pressure and is routed back to process.
After the preset time is over, the sludge suspension supply is automatically stopped and the rotor decelerates. At standstill, the residual water is drained. The separator is manually opened and the sludge insert is removed for sludge cleaning. The cleaned sludge insert is replaced inside the separator and the process is restarted. The PLC control system manages the timing and safety features of the separator.
PAINT SLUDGE TREATMENT CHEMICALS
Coagulation in water & wastewater treatment is common process. Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals are preferred much in order to reduce cleaning and maintenance costs by prolonging the life cycle of the water in the processes with water screen or venturi type paint booths. Also, companies that give importance to paint application and try to avoid stopping of production, need Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals as consumables for the paint sludge removal systems that remove the paint from the water automatically.
Just like coagulation in wastewater treatment, our Coagulants, which form a constituent of the Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals, are used with the purpose of eliminating stickiness of over sprayed paint in the water, preventing possible sticking and obstructions in the lines and separate the paint in an easier way.
Paint Flocculants (paint floating chemical), another constituent of the Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals and similar to flocculants for water treatment, make both solvent and water based paint float in the upper phase, give opportunity to remove sludge from spray booth in faster and easier way. Paint Flocculants are reliably used in painting plant processes with water screen and venturi type paint booths.
In the event that there are heavy metals such as zinc in the paint at a high rate, systematic solutions are not wanted and that paint is desired to be collected in booth tank and cleaned at specific frequencies, not in water screen, paint precipitators are suggested. These type of Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals are required only for very specific type of paints.
Antifoams, an important constituent of the Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals, are used in various sectors and provided with their proper contents. Our Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals range also contains oil based products with silicon for other sectors in addition to antifoams without silicon used in painting plants.
Because it is a concentrated product, the used amounts and the acquired results are very successful.
At times, Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals are required for certain paint sludge, for pH adjustment.
Proper pH and hardness of water are very important prior to achieving the desired action from the chemicals.

Biocides are designed to effectively destroy microorganisms in water wash paint systems, etc. The requirement of these type of Paint Sludge Treatment Chemicals is decided by the design of the sludge removal systems installed, paint type, water quality, etc.
Bactericides are formulated to be applied to fermentable aqueous effluents that produce bad smell during transfer and/or aeration. They cover up very effectively the residual odours.
SOLVENT RECOVERY SYSTEM
Solvents, which are used for the cleaning of spray guns & tools, are very expensive. These solvents can be effectively recycled to reduce the production costs and avoid major disposal costs by using Solvent Recycling machine.
The solvent recycling unit makes it possible to restore & reuse the solvents for an almost endless number of times, for the cleaning application. By means of a simple distillation process the original nature of the used solvents is restored by separating from the polluting substances such as paints, resins, inks, oils, greases, etc. The regenerated solvents are then collected outside the solvent recycling system and forwarded to their next application. The polluting substances remain, as distillation residues, in a heat resistant plastic bag and depending on their composition, will be sent as inert materials, in maximum concentration condition, to special companies for further treatments.

HYDROFLOTY FOR PAINT SLUDGE REMOVAL
It acts on substances in suspension which are removed from the water by a coagulation process through absorption.
HYDROFLOTY system purifies continuously the water, which is thus put back in circulation clean and neutral, thus avoiding clogging and blockages of the system. The Spray booth is always ready to be used, with a greater and greater working life. Each system can be connected to more than one paint booth. No need to make investment for each painting spray booths.
When new water-based technology process takes place instead of solvent-based process, there is no need to make any change to the system, being able to continue to use it at the same way just changing the chemicals used.
Thanks to adopted automatic operation and control system with simple and intuitive PLC, operator requirement is minimum.
Net decrease in the level of pollution of painting spray booth water COD is achieved.
